Rindock's in Hamburg

Very nice delivery service and the delivery took exactly as long as I was told on the phone :) The food was still very warm and, as always, very tasty.

After a bumpy start with the delivery service of the restaurant, a textbook was put on cautiously for the day on complaint management. We were positively impressed by the behavior of the entire rindocks team. We had pre-ordered the Christmas goose with potato dumplings, red cabbage and croquettes for € 75. The dish was NOT fresh or prepared on the same day. We knew beforehand that we had to warm up the food a bit. However, the food was ICE COLD (so cold that the goose was still lukewarm inside after 50 minutes at 180 °) and safely stored in the refrigerator from the day before. So you searched in vain for crust. The sauce and offal were bland. We also added salt to the goose. All in all: the croquettes were delicious but probably also frozen goods from Lidl across the street!

Prices are pleasant. The food was delicious. Staff super friendly. And the atmosphere was also great, a bit quiet at first, as there weren't that many guests, but when it filled up, it wasn't too loud or disturbing. 5 ☆ P.S .: very recommendable!

Coming from the Heidekreis (approx. 100km) there today, spontaneously called the table, very nice ambience, with great friendly staff, at the reception you are welcomed to the table and the order is taken, drinks and food are not long in coming to let. The drinks were plenty of carbonic acid, not like you know it from elsewhere. The meat was very good, but you liked to wait half an hour for it. After 4 minutes it was asked whether everything tasted and there was still something to drink. All around can only be recommended!

You can always eat well in the Rinddocks. 1 * deduction because the Ribeye medium was ordered and was still almost British. In terms of taste and ambience and service, I would recommend it

The food as well as the staff were excellent. We were surprised that you don't pay more attention to the fact that the guests wore a Mavske when entering and when leaving. It's very reckless. For now, that's the only reason we won't go there.

Finally, food in perfect shape. You should definitely make a reservation. Nice and very friendly welcome. The menu has something to offer for every taste. The steak was tender as butter on point. Side dishes were homemade fries and heavenly bread. Drinks well chilled. Just perfect. Definitely to be recommended. Gladly again.

At least the food and service was right. However, if you advertise large offers on the Internet and then only process the e-mails in the same way, it can't be anything. But the service confirmed that they were completely overwhelmed with the offers. On the first visit, such a faux pas ... Very bad!

We were looking for an alternative to the log house and found it at Rindock's. Was really very well done. The steaks were really good. The fries were also very good. All together really good quality at a good price with decent portions.

It's very soothing and beautiful place where I love to have food every weekend with family. The food always remain yummy whenever I visit there. I never bore from food ND place. Staff is also so polite and helpful.

Went here for dinner and very surprised by the food. The restaurant is run by Indians and also in the kitchen. Therefore, we were very critical of the taste of the food. But we have to say, steak and local dishes like kale or goose leg with red cabbage were delicious. No trace of Indian. We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.
